CUMI’s flap discs are crafted with high-strength glass fiber backing and high-performance grains, including Zirconia, Aluminium Oxide, and Silicon Carbide. These special abrasives are electro-coated and close-coated, ensuring uniformly wearing flaps that continuously expose fresh grains. This design delivers a high material removal rate and a consistent finish throughout the product’s lifespan. The resin formulation, containing active reagents, enables cooler cutting without causing discoloration. Available in two shapes, flat (type 27) and conical (type 29), these flap discs are highly productive tools ideal for finishing sheet metal work, blending, and deburring metals.
